The Çanakkale Youth Workshop, an important event that will shape the future of our youth in Çanakkale, was held with great participation on June 7-8-9. Organized in partnership with Çanakkale Municipality, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, KAF | Cultural Research and Activities Center, Community Support Association, Çanakkale Bicycle Platform, Koza Youth Association, and Çanakkale 1915 Scouting Association, this workshop aimed to contribute to the social and cultural development of our youth.

 

The Çanakkale Youth Workshop offered various training sessions and workshops to participants over three days. The first day began with the preparation stages of the Çanakkale Youth Workshop Team, followed by registration and member checks. After the initial training, the opening ceremony was held with the participation of the protocol. Following the opening speeches, the first day concluded with problem tree analysis training. On the second day, the focus was on problem suggestions from the Wish and Complaint Committee, Career Committee, Culture Committee, and Education Committee. At the end of the day, participants were given the opportunity to express their opinions and suggestions through an open forum. On the third and final day, the Wish and Complaint Committee and Career Committee first worked on solution proposals. In the afternoon, the Culture Committee and Education Committee presented their solution proposals. The workshop ended with closing speeches.

 

The stakeholders who played an important role in the successful implementation of the Çanakkale Youth Workshop came together to ensure greater participation of our youth in society, identify their needs in the areas of career, culture, education, and personal development, and develop solution proposals for these needs. The workshop paved the way for the emergence of projects that will contribute to society in line with the ideas and suggestions of young people through their active participation. This important event was a significant step for our youth to discover their potential and look to the future with confidence. The Çanakkale Youth Workshop will continue to inspire our youth with similar projects in the future, with the energy of young people and the support of stakeholders.
